1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  2. To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.
  3. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund.


2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  1. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is not allowed.
  2. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return Policy (if applicable).


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  1. If cancellation is approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  2. Refund timeline: 5–10 working days (depending on bank/payment gateway processing time).
  3. Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted.


4. Bulk / Special Orders

Orders placed under the following categories cannot be cancelled:

  1. Bulk quantity orders
  2. Special order / customized products
  3. Products specifically arranged on customer request

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  1. Product out of stock
  2. Incorrect pricing due to technical error
  3. Payment failure
  4. Suspected fraudulent transaction
  5. Incorrect shipping information

In such cases, full refund will be processed.
